JAG Lunar New Year Tea Ceremony






To celebrate the Lunar New Year, JAG hosted an afternoon tea ceremony exploring flavor, aroma, and infusion. Guests participated in a game that determined their thematic "vibe" for the year—healing, energy, trance, or focus—each corresponding to a curated tea and three dessert pairings.

For this event, we developed four pâté de fruits, four ice cream flavors, and four pastries, thoughtfully paired with teas to enhance their sensory qualities. We also explored infusion techniques, incorporating tea into ice cream, wine, jams, and more to create layered flavor experiences. Each guest received a personalized tea and dessert pairing, along with a takeaway menu designed and individually hand-wrapped in tea bag-shaped envelopes by us. 

This was JAG’s largest gathering to date, bringing together a vibrant community through shared experiences of food and ritual.
