2024 Holiday dinner hosted by JAG (Jennifer Shin and Graana Kahn)
Imagining a whimsy holiday scape, we made towers of pain d’epi, Japanese milk bread rolls, rosy radicchio salad, asparagus tart, Russian shuba salad, Moroccan meatball and Brussel sprouts, Saffron arancini (aka cubicini), croquembouche with chestnut, hazelnut, and vanilla fillings, and pavlova with cardamom whipped cream and pomegranate syrup to celebrate the holiday spirit with some friends:) We took some creative liberties interpreting towers, giving our own twist on vertical masculine architecture.
